If you were setting up a ten person raid, what classes would you bring to fill what roles and why? Describe how your talent choices enhance not only your role, but the raid as a whole.
I would start with 2 tanks Pally/warrior. I have always ran my raids with that tank set up. 2-3 Healers pending content. Will always try to balance out class for buffs to ensure the raid has everything it needs. This normally means 2 Pally's, 1 druid, 1 priest, 1 shammy, and if by some mystic power we can find one a mage. I think the reason to choose the above is obvious. After buffs are covered I would focus on raid comp, making sure we had the right blend of melee and range dps for the raid we are doing.

Do you play well with others?
I would say so, No one has ever complained about it in the past.

What makes a good raider?
Situational awareness. Need I say more?

What about your reference(s) inspired you to apply to Aegis?
I had been talking to him about getting back into 25M content. I suppose my desire to raid inspired me, and the fact he was doing it.

Very competant warrior. Been running ICC10 with him. Great guy and is able to lead his team through ICC pretty efficiently.
I know he apped as dps but i think his tanking set is better =P
His gear isnt 25 man content but he has been working hard with what hes got.

Sorry for the delay in responding to your application.

I agree, wholeheartedly, btw, on your "what makes a good raider" comment. ::grins::

At the moment, we are quite full on our plate DPS, so, it's unlikely that we'll have a fury spot open in the near future. That being said, praise from Mal is a pretty-big "thumbs up" in my book, so I'd love to see if we could squeeze you in to a raid or two and see what you can do.

I recommend you be online at 6pm server time on our raid nights (Tues / Thurs / Sun) and we can hopefully get you in for a raid or even a few fights. Mal did mention that you also tank, on occasion, and that has possibilities, as well.
